    Crispbread was not available in our country when I was young. Only later on we imported this tasty “knäckebrot” from Germany, where they have a longer tradition of such valuable and long-lasting bread.
    Now, of course, we can choose from various kinds of crispbreads in our stores.

        Not specially, but it is a good snack sometimes as a complimentary food in between main daily dishes, just to train our teeth a bit.
